Ms. Athumani
34 years teaching mathematics in Nairobi
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Bamboo Grammar School
- Since 1990
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and 36 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 1,550 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Athumani
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

You taught me mathematics in 2011 at Bamboo Grammar School. I still remember the snow day nobody expected.
