I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and nine years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I ran the science fair after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I walk the dog by the river.

What gifts mean to Ms. Assefa: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me statistics in 2017 at Redwood Secondary School. I still remember the end-of-term party. Greetings from Mumbai.

You taught me statistics in 2013 at Redwood Secondary School. I still remember that terrible school play. Truly.
