I teach early years at Karachi Middle School in Karachi since 1982. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and I never raise my voice.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
