I taught home economics at Tarragona Secondary School in Tarragona from 1989 to 2022. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I had 1,420 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
