Ms. Amaral
Special education and mathematics teacher, Santos
- 🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
- 2016 to 2024
- English, Portuguese
For eight years I was the special education teacher at Brookfield Grammar School. I taught Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I never turned anyone away.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Ms. Amaral: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
