I taught economics at Akron Boys' School in Akron from 2011 to 2022. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I played music while people worked.
Over the years I had 480 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Ms. Álvarez: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
