I taught design and technology at Sunrise High School in Rawalpindi from 1988 to 2002. Most days I taught first-year students, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
Over the years I had 410 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Ms. Ali
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
