I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and eight years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. I ran the science fair after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I run most mornings. I'm still learning every day.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
