Ms. Albuquerque
12 years teaching home economics in Feira de Santana
- 🇧🇷 Feira de Santana, Bahia, Brazil
- Redwood Middle School
- Since 2004
- English, Portuguese
I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and 22 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ms. Albuquerque
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Albuquerque: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
