Ms. Akter
22 years teaching early years in Savar
- 🇧🇩 Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Savar Secondary School
- 1992 to 2013
- English, Bengali
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 21 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I ran the science fair after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Ms. Akter
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
