Ms. Afolabi
Taught accounting at Beacon Grammar School
- 🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
- 2001 to 2023
- English
For 22 years I was the accounting teacher at Beacon Grammar School. I taught Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I played music while people worked.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Ms. Afolabi
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
