For 28 years I have been the mathematics teacher at Kadıköy Boys' School. I teach Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the robotics club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I fix old bicycles.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Ms. Acar: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
