Ms. Abate
Teacher at Jacaranda Public School, loves environmental science
- 🇪🇹 Mekelle, Tigray, Ethiopia
- Jacaranda Public School
- Since 2003
- English, Amharic
For 23 years I have been the environmental science teacher at Jacaranda Public School. I teach Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ms. Abate
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me environmental science in 2021 at Jacaranda Public School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.

You taught me environmental science in 2018 at Jacaranda Public School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.
