I've worked in weaving from 1996 to 2020. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,180 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
