I've coached athletics at Nagpur Bayview Swimming Club since 2012. Most of my players were between 12 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never raise my voice.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mrunal
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Mrunal: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
