Mrs. Zamfir
French and economics teacher, Cluj-Napoca
- 🇷🇴 Cluj-Napoca, Cluj, Romania
- Westbrook Girls' School
- Since 1988
- English
I teach French at Westbrook Girls' School in Cluj-Napoca since 1988. Most days I teach Year 10, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I've had 1,440 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mrs. Zamfir
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
