Mrs. Zakari
Retired biology teacher from Rosewood Boys' School
- 🇳🇬 Benin City, Edo, Nigeria
- Rosewood Boys' School
- 2006 to 2020
- English, Hausa
I taught biology at Rosewood Boys' School in Benin City from 2006 to 2020. Most days I taught Year 7, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mrs. Zakari
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Mrs. Zakari: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
