Mrs. Young
36 years teaching history in Leicester
- 🇬🇧 Leicester, England, United Kingdom
- Leicester Primary School
- Since 1978
- English, French
For 48 years I have been the history teacher at Leicester Primary School. I teach first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,010 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mrs. Young
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me history in 2023 at Leicester Primary School. I still remember the end-of-term party.

You taught me history in 1990 at Leicester Primary School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
