For twelve years I was the religious studies teacher at Fairview Technical College. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the art club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
