Mrs. Yakubu
Teacher at Crown Academy, loves biology
- 🇳🇬 Port Harcourt, Rivers, Nigeria
- Crown Academy
- Since 1992
- English, Igbo
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 34 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Yakubu: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
