For eleven years I was the physical education teacher at Jakarta Barat Public School. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I'm always reading two books at once. Inside it, I never once raised my voice.
More about Mrs. Wijaya
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
