Mrs. Whitfield
Art and biology teacher, London
- 🇬🇧 London, England, United Kingdom
- Lotus Primary School
- 1978 to 2015
- English
I taught art at Lotus Primary School in London from 1978 to 2015. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mrs. Whitfield
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mrs. Whitfield: Any gift will help me keep tutoring for free.

You taught me art in 2013 at Lotus Primary School. I still remember the last day before the summer holidays.
