I taught chemistry at Duisburg High School in Duisburg from 1988 to 2025. Most days I taught teenagers, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
Over the years I had 2,180 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mrs. Weiß
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Weiß: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
