Mrs. Watanabe

Agriculture and geography teacher, Kyoto

  • 🇯🇵 Kyoto, Kyoto, Japan
  • Kyoto Grammar School
  • Since 2000
  • Japanese
Kyoto Grammar School is my second home. I teach agriculture there since 2000, mostly teenagers. Over the years I've had 750 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Mrs. Watanabe

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Watanabe: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me agriculture in 2011 at Kyoto Grammar School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won.

You probably don't remember me, I sat by the window in 2004. I remember you. Greetings from Joliet.
