Mrs. Wade
21 years teaching economics in Fresno
- 🇺🇸 Fresno, California, United States
- Fresno High School
- Since 1991
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and 35 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 1,160 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mrs. Wade
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mrs. Wade: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
