Mrs. Venter
Computer science and music teacher, Pietermaritzburg
- 🇿🇦 Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
- 1981 to 2015
- English, Afrikaans
I taught computer science at Summit Academy in Pietermaritzburg from 1981 to 2015. Most days I taught teenagers, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
