I taught geography at Lincoln Public School in Riverside from 1992 to 2001. Most days I taught Grade 8, and my door was open at lunch.
I ran the science fair after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mrs. Vasquez
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Mrs. Vasquez: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
