I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and twelve years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 670 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mrs. Vasileiou
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Mrs. Vasileiou: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
