For 29 years I have been the special education teacher at Central Middle School. I teach first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the science fair after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Mrs. Valdez
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
