Mrs. Urassa
33 years teaching computer science in Embakasi
- 🇰🇪 Embakasi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Embakasi Technical College
- 1982 to 2009
- English, Swahili
I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and 27 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Urassa: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

you taught me computer science in 1989 at Embakasi Technical College. I still remember the last day before the summer holidays.
