Mrs. Uba
Biology and design and technology teacher, Epe
- 🇳🇬 Epe, Lagos, Nigeria
- Sakura High School
- Since 1995
- English, Igbo
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 31 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've run the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I fix old bicycles.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Mrs. Uba
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Uba: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

you taught me biology in 2019 at Sakura High School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
