Mrs. Tomas
Computer science and English literature teacher, Ottawa
- 🇨🇦 Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
- Queensway Primary School
- 1984 to 2019
- English, Filipino
I taught computer science at Queensway Primary School in Ottawa from 1984 to 2019. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mrs. Tomas
If you were in my mixed-ability classes class, you probably remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Tomas: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
