For 27 years I was the accounting teacher at Beacon High School. I taught Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mrs. Thornton
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Thornton: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
