Mrs. Thakkar
English literature teacher at Cedar Grove Secondary School, 1990 to 1998

I taught English literature at Cedar Grove Secondary School in Kota from 1990 to 1998. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I learned every name in the first week.
Over the years I had 380 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mrs. Thakkar
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Thakkar: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
