For 15 years I have been the French teacher at Nairobi Boys' School. I teach the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
