Mrs. Temba
Retired mathematics teacher from Andes Academy
- 🇹🇿 Arusha, Arusha, Tanzania
- Andes Academy
- 2013 to 2025
- English
For twelve years I was the mathematics teacher at Andes Academy. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mrs. Temba
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
