Mrs. Tawfik
Teacher at Riverside High School, loves home economics

For 45 years I have been the home economics teacher at Riverside High School. I teach first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 2,430 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Thank you for stopping by.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me home economics in 2000 at Riverside High School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won.

I was in your first-year students class in 2010. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Tacoma.
