Mrs. Suryadi
Special education and chemistry teacher, Surakarta
- 🇮🇩 Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia
- Bamboo Grammar School
- Since 1999
- English, Indonesian
Bamboo Grammar School is my second home. I teach special education there since 1999, mostly primary school children.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mrs. Suryadi
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Suryadi: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
