Mrs. Stokes
Teacher at Buffalo Grammar School, loves English literature
- 🇺🇸 Buffalo, New York, United States
- Buffalo Grammar School
- Since 1990
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 36 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I never raise my voice.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mrs. Stokes
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

I failed English literature twice before you. After you I passed with a B. Thank you. Greetings from Lagos.

You taught me English literature in 1999 at Buffalo Grammar School. I still remember the end-of-term party!
