I taught art and French at Beacon Girls' School, Springfield. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Mrs. Steele: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
