For 34 years I was the economics teacher at Iztapalapa Academy. I taught teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the gardening club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mrs. Soto
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
