Mrs. Soares

Teacher at Oakwood Academy, loves mathematics

  • 🇧🇷 Petrópolis, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
  • Oakwood Academy
  • Since 2005
  • Portuguese
For 21 years I have been the mathematics teacher at Oakwood Academy. I teach the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I've run the choir after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I run most mornings.

More about Mrs. Soares

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

you taught me mathematics in 2014 at Oakwood Academy. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
