38 years teaching home economics in Newcastle upon Tyne
- 🇬🇧 Newcastle upon Tyne, England, United Kingdom
- Newcastle upon Tyne High School
- Since 1982

I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 44 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
