Mrs. Şimşek
13 years teaching religious studies in Bornova
- 🇹🇷 Bornova, İzmir, Türkiye
- Bornova Public School
- 1985 to 2012
- English, Turkish
I taught religious studies at Bornova Public School in Bornova from 1985 to 2012. Most days I taught teenagers, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
Over the years I had 890 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

If you were in my teenagers class, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Şimşek: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
