Mrs. Silva
26 years teaching agriculture in Contagem
- 🇧🇷 Contagem, Minas Gerais, Brazil
- Contagem Technical College
- Since 1993
- English, Portuguese, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and 33 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mrs. Silva
If you were in my Grade 4 class, you probably remember the time the class pet escaped.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Silva: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me agriculture in 2013 at Contagem Technical College. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.

You taught me agriculture in 2021 at Contagem Technical College. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won. Truly.
