Mrs. Silva
Chemistry and economics teacher, Santos
- 🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
- Beacon Secondary School
- 1979 to 1988
- Portuguese
Beacon Secondary School was my second home. I taught chemistry there from 1979 to 1988, mostly teenagers.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mrs. Silva
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mrs. Silva: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
