Mrs. Sikder
Retired environmental science teacher from Mumbai Academy
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Mumbai Academy
- 1998 to 2025
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 27 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I never once raised my voice.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Sikder: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me environmental science in 2024 at Mumbai Academy. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.
