I taught special education and home economics at Maple Ridge High School, Kano. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term. Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.

More about Mrs. Shittu

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
