Mrs. Şen
Taught early years at Eastgate Academy
- 🇹🇷 Üsküdar, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Eastgate Academy
- 1981 to 2008
- English
For 27 years I was the early years teacher at Eastgate Academy. I taught primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I make terrible puns. Inside it, I never once raised my voice.
More about Mrs. Şen
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Şen: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
