Mrs. Santiago
Special education and history teacher, Dayton
- 🇺🇸 Dayton, Ohio, United States
- Dayton Secondary School
- 1982 to 2008
- English
Dayton Secondary School was my second home. I taught special education there from 1982 to 2008, mostly the youngest children.
Over the years I had 1,070 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mrs. Santiago
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Santiago: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me special education in 2004 at Dayton Secondary School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
